Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password.

Project Information: When you create a campaign, we collect details about your project including service type, location, description, project photos, and scheduling preferences.

Payment Information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive transaction confirmations and billing details from Stripe.

Contractor Data: We collect publicly available business information about contractors including business name, phone number, address, and ratings from public directories such as Google Places.

Communication Records: We record and store transcripts of AI voice calls, SMS messages, and emails exchanged between our system and contractors on your behalf. Call recordings may be retained for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Contact contractors on your behalf via AI voice calls, SMS, and email
• Process payments and manage your credit balance
• Send you campaign status updates and notifications
• Provide customer support
• Comply with legal obligations, including telecommunications regulations
• Improve and develop the Service

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information in the following circumstances:

With Contractors: When you start a campaign, we share your project details (service type, location, description, and photos) with contractors we contact on your behalf. Your phone number and email may be shared to facilitate direct communication.

Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform, including:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Retell AI (voice call technology)
• Twilio (SMS messaging)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Google Places (contractor discovery)
• Cal.com (scheduling integration)

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Campaign data, including communication records and call transcripts, is retained for 12 months after campaign completion, after which it is automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications

8. Contractor Opt-Out

Contractors who do not wish to be contacted through our Service may opt out during any call or by responding to any SMS or email. Opted-out contractors are added to our internal do-not-call list and will not be contacted again through the Service. Contractors may also request removal by contacting us directly.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (such as theme selection). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Authentication cookies are managed by Supabase and are strictly necessary for the Service to function.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
